Viktig information om betalning av medlems- och träningsfaktura via Fritidskortet

Hej,

I år har vi väntat med att skicka ut medlems- och träningsfakturorna för barn mellan 8 och 16 år på grund av införandet av Fritidskortet. Nu är Diö Hockey anslutet till Fritidskortet och ni kan ansöka om det för era barn.

Viktigt – tidsgräns för att använda årets belopp

Årets Fritidskortbelopp måste användas som betalning senast den 30 november. Om beloppet inte används senast detta datum kan det inte sparas till nästa år. Det betyder att för att ni ska kunna använda kortet för detta kalenderårs stöd så behöver fakturan vara betald och registrerad via Fritidskortet senast 30 november.

Viktigt – ange rätt bankgironummer

När ni betalar fakturan via Fritidskortet är det mycket viktigt att ni anger bankgiro 157-1868 och fakturans OCR-nummer.

Om fel BG-nummer och/eller fakturans OCR-nummer anges kommer betalningen inte att prickas av i systemet.

Hur fungerar betalningen?

• När betalningen görs via Fritidskortet till BG 157-1868 registreras den automatiskt hos oss i föreningen inom 1–2 bankdagar.
• När Fritidskortsbetalningen är avprickad kommer fakturans saldo att minska och det går bra att betala återstående belopp via Swish eller bankgiro.
• Om ni väljer att betala återstående belopp direkt via bankgiro efter att Fritidskortsbetalningen är gjort se till att räkna ut återstående belopp själv eftersom systemet inte automatiskt delar upp fakturan.

Om ni vill betala resterande belopp direkt via bankgiro

Det går jättebra att göra så efter att Fritidskortet har registrerats. Tänk då på att betala in det belopp som återstår efter att Fritidskortsbeloppet har dragits av, och använda samma OCR/fakturanummer som på ursprungsfakturan så vi kan koppla ihop betalningen korrekt.

Faktura från avsändare Diö GoIF HK (Svenskalag.se) kommer med start idag eftermiddag börja mejlas ut till berörda medlemmar med barn i åldern 8-16 år. Fakturautskicken kommer göras fortlöpande under de kommande dagarna. Har ni inte mottagit faktura senast onsdag 26/11 vänligen kontakta kassor@diohockey.se.

Important information about paying the training & membership fee invoice via ”Fritidskortet”

Hej,

This year, we have waited to send out the membership and training fee invoices for children aged 8 to 16 due to the introduction of the Leisure Card. Diö Hockey is now connected to the ”Fritidskortet” system, and you can apply for it for your children.

Important – deadline for using this year’s amount
This year’s “Fritidskortet” amount must be used as payment no later than November 30. If the amount is not used by this date, it cannot be saved for next year. This means that, in order for you to use the card for this calendar year’s support, the invoice must be paid and registered via the ”Fritidskortet” by November 30.

Important – enter the correct bank giro number
When paying the invoice via the ”Fritidskortet”, it is very important that you enter bank giro 157-1868 and the invoice’s OCR number.

If the wrong BG number and/or the invoice OCR number is entered, the payment will not be registered correctly in the system.

How does the payment work?
• When the payment is made via the ”Fritidskortet” to BG 157-1868, it is automatically registered with our club within 1–2 banking days.
• Once the ”Fritidskortet” payment is registered, the invoice balance will be reduced, and you may pay the remaining amount via Swish or bank giro.
• If you choose to pay the remaining amount directly via bank giro after the ”Fritidskortet” payment has been made, make sure to calculate the remaining balance yourself, as the system does not automatically split the invoice.

If you want to pay the remaining amount directly via bank giro
This is perfectly fine to do after the ”Fritidskortet” payment has been registered. Please remember to pay only the amount remaining after the ”Fritidskortet” amount has been deducted, and use the same OCR/invoice number as on the original invoice so we can match the payment correctly.

Invoices from the sender Diö GoIF HK (Svenskalag.se) will begin to be emailed this afternoon to the affected members with children aged 8–16. The invoice mailouts will continue over the coming days. If you have not received an invoice by Wednesday, November 26, please contact kassor@diohockey.se.
